Referral rewards are not redeemable for cash, cheque, or any other form of monetary compensation. Rewards can only be used to receive discounts on future GSTAR Elevators services.

4. Non-Transferable Rewards

Referral rewards are non-transferable and must be used by the customer who earned them. They cannot be transferred to another individual or combined with another account.

5. Referral Tracking

At G-Star Elevators, referrers can track their referrals via a unique referral code or link. Referral activity is displayed on the Referrals Page in their account panel, and reward details are available in the Rewards History. Referrers are responsible for using the correct referral information to qualify for rewards.

6. Disqualification from the Program

G Star Elevators reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the referral program if fraudulent activities or misuse of the program are detected. This includes creating multiple accounts or providing false information.
